Comprehensive Emergency Management Associates (CEMA) is a full service emergency planning and consulting firm. Over the years our clients have often requested emergency guidance information in a form that can be carried on the person for those times when you are away from your usual resources. These products are ideal for teachers, bus drivers, field trip supervisors, custodial and security personnel, office supervisors, managers, floor monitors, youth leaders, and many others – anyone who has responsibilities to remember in a crisis.

Pre-configured documents from CEMA always contain information from established and reliable sources. Each is constructed of durable materials designed to last. Colors and type faces are chosen for visibility and ease of reading even in low-light conditions. Each can be carried anywhere you now carry identification; in a shirt pocket, in a badge holder on a neck lanyard or at the waist, in a wallet or purse.

CEMA 2-Sided Action Lists

This credit card sized, two-sided product is ideal for security and custodial staff, building floor monitors, or other key personnel who need a short (up to 14 lines per side) list to prompt essential actions. Emergency phone numbers, steps for evacuation, sheltering, a bomb threat or an intruder are just some of the many examples. The 2-Sided Action List by CEMA will easily fit in a clear pocket attached to a neck lanyard, in a wallet or purse, or in a shirt pocket. These lists are not pre-configured, but will be built with the content and colors you specify.

CEMA Emergency Pocket Reference

Printed on a heavy, durable stock, the Emergency Pocket Reference is a credit card sized, 10-panel, accordion-fold document. In its pre-configured form, each panel contains information in each of the following categories: Priorities; Emergency First Aid; Evacuation; Sheltering; Severe Weather; Shelter-in-Place; Lock Down; Personal Information and Emergency Contacts. The last two panels, Personal Information and Emergency Contacts, provide space for the user to insert their own information. For a small set-up fee, the Emergency Pocket Reference can also be custom configured with your company name, logo and custom information you supply on any panel.

While our first thoughts in any emergency are about lives, we must also think about, and plan for the recovery of our business operations.
